Closer Day By Day blog’s aim is to help Christians to read the Bible regularly, and in that way, also draw closer – day by day – to the Lord Jesus Christ as we read His personal Words of Life to us.

We have gone through 3 different plans in the last 3 years and for 2012, we thought we would have a different approach to how we read.

Each month, we will be focusing on a different theme.  And each day’s passage can consist of 1 to 2 chapters … or even sometimes just a few verses.

The idea is for us to spend more time reflecting the word that we read and even pick a verse or two to memorize.
